How do you choose from the array of voices in the world telling you the best way to eat, exercise, and live a healthy life? Listen to your body, to that innate wisdom in your heart. Allow your body’s intelligence to guide you to optimal health. Together, we will uncover the wisdom of your body so that you can listen to it and live by it.
It begins with a choice to learn to hear your inner voice of health and say, “Yes.” Each time that you make healthy choices, you are strengthening the pathway to optimal health. In order to hear what your body needs, you must slow down and take the time to sincerely listen. As you practice, this will come naturally. Imagine the peace that would arise from eliminating the struggles with your body. Your body wants to be healthy. No matter how far from that you feel that you are, your heart offers you the map you need to return to that state of harmony. Let me assist you in learning to work with your body towards the goal of health. Allow your authentically healthy body to emerge and support you through life as you support it. Imagine the transformations that will occur within your life and your body as you are supported in your journey to optimal health.

The premise of this work is to strengthen your connection with the highest, purest, and most loving presence that you know and then receive guidance regarding your health and body image from this source. In our time together, I will create an emotionally safe space for you, in which you will be invited to open up your heart and dialogue about what you feel. I will support you in exploring any pictures or ideas that you may hold about yourself. These limiting pictures may originate from the media, society, family, peers, and from us. I am stuck with this body and should just get used to it.
